Contingency Searches

Upon the successful hiring of candidates we charge a percentage of the candidate's first years salary. We are responsible for the initial recruiting, screening and interviewing of candidates before presenting our clients with the top candidates for the position(s). We prefer to present no more than three candidates for any single position.

Retainer Searches (great for managing your cashflow)

Reference Check Interviews

Sometimes clients just want us to perform detailed reference check interviews for candidates they have sourced and interviewed on their own. Typically, this request has come from small to mid-sized clients who do not have human resources departments.
